Attracts honey bees for improved crop pollination.
Bee-Scent attractant is a liquid formulation containing attractants that can direct honey bees to treated blossoms for improved crop pollination Bee-Scent’s chemistry includes pheromones which encourage the specific behaviour of foraging in honey bees. By attracting and concentrating bee foraging, pollen transfer can be increased. Greater yields and improved quality are the typical benefits of more thorough honey bee pollination.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Two applications of BEE-SCENT are recommended. Additional treatments on long blooming crops can improve results.
Early morning application is important. Weather must be favorable to bee flight i.e., sunny and warmer than 60° (15° C), with winds less than 15 mph (24km/h).
Alloy first treatment at early bloom (5-30%). a second treatment 5-8 days later (70-100% bloom) is recommended. On long blooming crops, treatments at regular intervals throughout the flowering season may be necessary.
Clean application equipment is important to avoid interfering with BEE-SCENT’s pheromone signal. Protect hives from overspray
