GROMORE GIBB^™

Stimulates Pasture Growth. GroMore Gibb contains the naturally occurring plant growth regulator gibberellic acid Ga-3. When applied under appropriate growing conditions, it will stimulate pasture growth. GroMore Gibb contains surfactant; additional surfactant is not normally required.

TIMING:

• Use GroMore Gibb on a 3 to 4 weekly cycle.
• Application is best made in the autumn and spring where the optimum soil temperature range of 6-13°C is likely to occur.
• In winter GroMore Gibb may be applied in most districtsapart from Canterbury, Otago, Southland, and in high and exposed areas in other parts of the country, where winter temperatures are likely to be too cold to allow for a growth response.
• Apply 1 to 5 days after grazing, ensuring there is green leaf present to allow foliar uptake.
• Set stocking - GroMore Gibb is best suited to rotationally grazed pastures. If set stocking, remove stock prior to application, keep stock out for 3-4 weeks before grazing.
• Stock may be grazed in 3-4 weeks cycles if pasture is likely to become rank.
• Grazing earlier than 5-7 days post treatment is likely to result in little or no benefit.
   

FERTILISER & MOISTURE:

• Ensure soil moisture and fertiliser levels are adequate to support the increase growth.
• Pasture may initially appear yellow after application.
• Application may be made with GroMore Pasture™ foliar fertiliser.
   

WARNINGS:

• Do not apply to rank pasture as response will be minimal
• Do not apply more than 6 applications per season
• Do not apply to ungrazed pasture
• Do not apply to pasture less than 1 year old
• Do not apply on paddocks containing livestock
   

WEEDS: 

As weeds will also respond to GroMore Gibb, avoid spraying paddocks with toxic weeds, such as ragwort or hemlock, or high weed populations that may taint milk.

RAINFALL: 

Do not apply if rainfall is expected within 2 hours of spraying.
COMPATIBILITY: GroMore Gibb is compatible with GroMore Pasture and GroMore Brassica™ foliar.
